The more parties you throw, the more product you'll sell, the more customers you'll gain, the more parties you'll book, the more hosts you'll have, and the more reps you'll add to your team.

COACH the host towards the most successful party possible
INVITE HOST TO JOIN before during and after the party. Hosts make great reps and can use their rewards towards a Kit

FOLLOW UP with everyone who ordered and those who didn' tand invite to host their own party, join your team or join in your VIP!

Find Your Host
So many people want to earn free + discounted Zyia, so it’s your job to invite them!
- Reach out to your friends + family + followers that attended your personal launch party (Your friends + family are the gateways to reach a new network of people that will love Zyia.)
- Go LIVE on social media or in your VIP group and talk about the rewards of hosting
- Post/story about parties, open dates + rewards
- Send personal invites to host to those who comment or watch your stories
- Send personal invites to host to current customers/friends/family
- Ask every customer to host
- Invite people who want a discount on the kit to host so they can put their rewards
towards it
- Offer a discount or gift card to those who book a party with you in a current party
- Use graphics to show retail vs. host cost of Zyia clothing

The most successful piece to a successful party isn't the rep... it's the host. The host can make or break the party, so coach them well! Share the Hostess Party Packet linked below…
Three Main Points:
Personal invites- No mass inviting through Facebook invite buttons. A Personal Message goes a long way and helps with the interaction in the party.
Show Their Face- Their friends are there to see them! Invite them to go live to welcome their guests and/or post a phot of themselves in the clothes.
Engage- Respond to comments and tag friends in posts. The more interaction from the host the better!

Recruiting Your Host
Party hosts make motivated new signups--a perk of hosting a Zyia party is the option to be able to apply the credits towards a starter kit.
Make sure your host knows this is an option for them by inviting them to join the Zyia team as a rep like the following example:
Talk specifically to your host 3 times about joining--before the party starts, during the party, and again at the end before they redeem their rewards.
Message your host before party starts:
"I am so excited to party with you! Before we kick everything off I wanted to check to see if you wanted to become a rep so you can make commissions off your party plus the rewards?"
After an order or two:
"Your friends are LOVING this stuff! They're so engaged. Are you sure you don't want to get the commissions from these sales by becoming a rep?"
Party is finished:
"Oh my gosh your friends were LOVING these products!!! You hit the ____ level of rewards!! Which means you have ___ amount in credits you can put towards a Starter Kit or towards some products plus ___ items 50% off! Your friends obviously love the items, I just made ____ in commissions just from your party! Want me to send over more info on what being a rep entails?"
Redeeming Host Rewards
Once your hosts' customers have placed their orders it's time to close the event and help your host cash in on those hard-earned rewards!
This is something you will have to enter for them, they cannot do it themselves. You will place the order for them using their credit card number/Venmo/Paypal (whatever method works best for the two of you). Watch above to see how.
Trade Secret: Any party volume that is just above or below the party reward levels won’t count towards more host rewards. Instead of missing out on this volume move it! You can create another event in the hostesses name and start building a a new link giving them the most rewards possible.
Example:
Party total $1,120
Reward tier qualified for- $1,000
$120 of those party orders won’t be going towards any rewards

Follow- Up
Follow up with EVERY customer once they receive their order. When you do engage, do the following:
- Check in on the customers order
- THEN offer every customer the hostess or rep opportunity
- FINALLY, ask every customer if they'd like to be added to you VIP FB page (previously your business launch)

"Hey, no worries. I'd love to get you some free and discounted Zyia. Are you interested in hosting a party?"

PARTY FAQ
- What if my party total goes over the rewards tier?
If your party total goes over the rewards tier you can split the party so the host doesn't lose out on any rewards. You do this by creating another party link for your hostess and move the excess orders to the new link. For example, if the party does $1300, you'd move any orders over $1000 to the other party link so she earns rewards on the $1000 tier AND the $200 tier.
Before you do this, however, check to make sure both parties hit at least 3 orders AND their totals hit the rewards tier BEFORE tax and shipping.
- Can orders be placed outside of a party?
Yes! You don't have to have a party going for orders to be placed. Your website is always open. However, it's smart to have a party shop link on your website for your customers to shop through. (Remember you can earn host rewards with all these random orders). Make the event name something basic so people feel comfortable shopping through it. Example: "January Customer Purchases." You can also move orders placed outside of a party (or placed in the wrong party link). If it was placed in a party link follow the instructions here. If it was a shopping cart order (not placed in a party) submit a ticket with CS to move to the right event. All orders must be moved in the same month they were placed.
- What if my FB party is...dead?
Don't worry--this does happen occasionally. To keep it from happening often, here are some tips to liven up that FB party:
- Encourage your host to be more active
- Find engagement posts on Zyia Marketing FB group to use
- Tag people in posts
- Offer a discount for the first person to order
- What if my host didn't get enough orders to hit a rewards tier?
For starters, after the party is over, they can send personal messages to their party-goers that they're super close to the reward tier and could use some help getting here, or, that the party link is closing soon to take advantage of any last-minute orders.
If neither of those options generate enough orders, don't worry--there are still a few options depending on what you're comfortable with as their sponsor.
You can place an extra order of yours in their link, they can place an order at retail to make up the difference or you can offer them a discount on whatever retail order would be necessary to get them there.
- I can't find the "submit order" button to enter the host rewards. HELP!
If the "Submit Order" button isn't showing, you may have already clicked it and didn't notice. First check the "Place an Order" tab. If the party is listed there, select "Continue" and enter your host rewards. If the party is not listed there, submit a ticket in your back office under "Help" and have customer service reopen the party for you.
- What if the party link disappeared from my website?
If the party link has disappeared, it means the party date expired. Parties will stay on your site for 30 days. You can change the dates to keep them on there longer. In other words, near the end of your 30 days, you can alter the dates to get you another 30.
- Do I have to close the party before the month ends?
Nope! The party credits will carry over month to month.
- How long do I have to use my rewards?
The rewards never expire. However, once you use one host reward from a certain party, you'll need to use all of them or they will disappear.
